Tenant Qualification for Application

• Income has to be 3x the annual rental amount
• Stable employment with a minimum of 1 year on current job
• No Evictions
• No Bankruptcy/Judgements/Liens
• Positive rental History
• Security Deposit and First Month's Rent must be in certified funds
• Certified Funds must be paid within 72 hours of approval
• All parties are required to be noted as occupants and/or lessees on the application and lease
