We will assist you in finding a rental home that suits your current needs. We may be able to assist you with qualifying to purchase a home at a later date. Once you become a tenant you will receive necessary maintenance services as provided in your lease and the Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act.

Qualification Guidelines

• Income must be at least 3x the annual rent
• Minimum 1 year of stable employment
• No evictions, bankruptcies, judgments, or liens
• Positive rental history required
• Security deposit and first month’s rent due in certified funds within 72 hours of approval
• All occupants must be listed on the application and lease

Application fee: $50 for each occupant over 18

Move-in fee: One-time $50 fee due at lease signing
